REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Also you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at doughdynastyfl@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns must be requested before sending any items back; items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns should be mailed to an address of our choosing.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If it’s been more than 12–15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at doughdynastyfl@gmail.com.
